| Abstract | Nowadays, changes at technology and effects of these changes on education compose a indispensability to change on methods and education environments positive effects of these changes and needs of society force educators to use new technologies at educational environment. Developments at internet technologies show its impact on education and importance of using internet has increased. But during the process of integrating internet based education technologies on schools, we meet some problems. Teacher’s efficiencies using internet based educational environment and internet technologies, lack of material suitable to curriculum and hard integration of education environments are main problems that are faced using internet in schools. At this study role and effects of Computer Education and Instructional Technology departments founded 1999 on solving existence problems are researched. At the parallel of study, data obtained from teachers working primary and high education schools related with problems that they meet using internet at education environment, and role of Computer Education teachers graduated from Computer Education and Instructional Technologies Department. Results of study show that Computer Education and Instructional Technology Departments has an important place solving existence problems during integration of internet and internet based educational technologies on schools and educational environments |
