| Abstract | Recently, Turkish
public organizations have been increasingly experiencing an outsourcing
of their functions such as facilities maintanence, catering, security
and IS/ICT activities.
In this article, based on a field study, it has been evaluated the expereience of CIO’s regarding the outsourcing of IS/ICT activities in Turkish Ministrial Computer Department. It is expected to provide important keys of the findings for public organizations in their outsourcing experince. |
