ÖzetFor companies, CRM is the strategy to manage the relations with the customers, suppliers, sales representatives etc. Nowadays, CRM is applied to a wide range areas. One of these areas is the telecommunication sector. While expectations are increasing, the variety of the products is increasing, too then CRM applications which cover different requirements of companies and have different scopes are being developed. In this paper, we developed an on-demand CRM application including main CRM processes in a fixed line telecommunication structure and the moduls of this CRM application are briefly discussed.
