| Abstract | IT plays a very important role in our daily life. In this talk, I will identify the scope of IT, and point out some of the new technologies that are expected to be around in the near future. More specifically, recent developments in hardware and software technologies will be reviewed and new IT applications such as, telemedicine, semantic web, road traffics, text-free maps and virtual university systems and virtual observatory will be explained. |
